Ici Anaëlle et Marie, deux amies francaises expatriées à Londres, férues de randonnée, d'escalade et de défis sportifs en tout genre.Amoureuses de la montagne, nous avons déja vecu plusieurs aventures ensemble (road trip en Islande, trek en Angleterre, ...) et partageons un même rêve : gravir le Mont Blanc.L'envie de réaliser ce rêve s'est décuplée suite aux évènements de l'été dernier. En effet, les conditions climatiques ont poussé les autorités à suspendre les ascensions car de nombreuses voies étaient devenues trop dangereuses voire impraticables. Cette nouvelle nous a fait prendre conscience que si nous voulons réaliser ce rêve, c'est maintenant.Suite à ce déclic, nous avons contacté un guide et nous avons fixé le départ de notre ascension au 11 juin 2023. Cette étape a été le premier pas dans la concrétisation de ce projet et depuis nous transpirons un peu plus chaque jour pour être prêtes le jour J.Parvenir à se hisser sur le toit de l'Europe nécessite une longue préparation physique et mentale et pour cela nous ne pouvons compter que sur nous-même. Cependant, vous pouvez nous aider en nous soutenant financièrement.En effet, un tel projet nécessite des dépenses importantes. La réservation du guide, des nuits en refuge et de l'assurance s'élève à 2560euros par personne. A cela nous devons ajouter la location de materiel, l'hébergement ainsi que le transport. As a matter of fact, because of the climatic condition, the authorities had to stop the ascent of this mountain because the paths became too dangerous or unusable. In regards to this news, we realised that if we wanted to make this dream come true, it's now or never.Following that awakening, we contacted a guide and made an appointment with him to mark the day we will depart for our climb of the Mont Blanc, that would be on the 11th of June 2023. This step was the first to make this project more real. Since that day, we are working realy hard to make sure we are ready for the d-day.Reaching the top of Europe's roof needs a long physical and mental preparation and we can only trust ourselves to do that. However, you may be able to help us financially.This kind of project is really costly, in fact, the guide’s reservation, the booking of the nights and the insurance cost us 2560 euros per person. On top of that, we have to add the rental of the equipment, the accommodation and the flights to and from London.
